This policy explains what information designfly24.com collects, why we collect it and how we look after it. The site is run by Design Fly 24, a web design and digital marketing agency founded by Imtiaz Ahmed. If you have any question about your information, email designfly24@gmail.com.
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or the free homepage design or review you asked for, and keep a record of our conversation. If you join the newsletter, we use your email only to send it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Form messages are emailed to us and saved privately in the website’s dashboard, which only our team can access. The site is hosted by Hostinger and emails are received in Gmail. These providers process the data on our behalf and keep it secure.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third party tracking. It may store small technical items in your browser so pages work properly, and pages are cached to load faster, which does not identify you.
We link to client websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Google reviews, Calendly and WhatsApp. When you visit those sites, their own privacy policies apply.
We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for our work together, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless you become a client, in which case we keep records needed for the project and for billing.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email designfly24@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
